- Contact us via email kallinyalla@yahoo.com upon receiving the item if you deem the product is faulty.
- All returns are subject to us receiving the item back in store, within 14 days of the purchase date of sale via your own postage expense.
- Postage / freight is non refundable.
- SALE items are NON refundable and CAN NOT be returned!
- Product must be in original packaging & unused.
- We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about what you bought.
- But if the item you bought has major problem, you can choose a refund or exchange. A major problem is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known about it
- Is unsafe as a result of the problem
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed.
- If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time or give you a refund or replacement.
- Please keep your proof of purchase – for example, your receipt.
- Sale items are NOT exchangeable or refundable.
- Due to health & hygiene regulations these products cannot be returned to store.

- PORT LINCOLN 5606. The option to collect the items yourself or by family / friends in store at 10 Shaen Street, Port Lincoln (Kallinyalla Garden Centre) / Kallinyalla Kurves. Please notify us with clear instructions on who will be collecting your purchase.
